Building A Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy From The Ground Up
How Feminuity made this software company's good intentions become a reality and set them up for success for the long term.
The Insight: Intelex wanted to identify areas of bias, inequity, and cultural challenges and create a diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs) strategy for their global organization. They tagged in Feminuity to help make their intention a reality.
The Process: Feminuity worked with the Intelex team in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. for over three years. Feminuity conducted two Comprehensive Assessments of Intelex surfacing new insights. In addition, Feminuity supported Intelex in their DIBs Strategy Design and conducted many learning experiences.
Results: With each assessment, Intelex gained a more nuanced understanding of their gaps and improved their DIBs strategy with an intersectional approach. Feminuity supported Intelex to merge their DIBs efforts with that of Industrial Scientific after being acquired.

“[Feminuity has] been responsible for our amazing DIBs journey for over three years and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work. Their level of research and responsiveness is second to none. It has been the best investment we’ve made in the past several years and we look forward to working with them for a long time to come. You will not regret your decision.”
