Taking Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to The Next Level
How Feminuity helped this global organization pinpoint their gaps and translate their efforts to the cultures and contexts of their continuously expanding offices.
The Insight: FreshBooks wanted to pinpoint opportunities for growth within their Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) efforts. Starting in 2018, they tagged in Feminuity for some help.
The Process: Feminuity conducted three Comprehensive Assessments and delivered three Comprehensive Findings Reports with targeted recommendations. Feminuity also led more than 30 workshops and designed a custom eLearning course for the FreshBooks team.
Results: With each assessment, FreshBooks improved their DIBs scores, gained a more nuanced understanding of their gaps, and improved their DIBs strategy. They are proud to have a series of funded DIBs working groups and a full-time senior DIBs Manager leading their efforts. Notably, FreshBooks made DIBs training custom for all new team members; translating their efforts to the cultures and contexts of their continuously expanding offices.
